I completed a four-year midwifery program that included nursing training and hands-on hospital experience across multiple departments. During my time working in Gastroenterology, I gained valuable insight into digestive health care and spent a lot of time working with patients with gallstones. That experience gave me a strong foundation and a practical understanding of day-to-day gallstone management through food routines and lifestyle adjustments.

I also hold a Master’s degree in Education (MEd). My studies included areas such as psychology, motivation, and kinesiology, which help me create an easy-to-follow guide that fits your life and supports long-term lifestyle changes.

I was diagnosed with gallstones in 2021. I still have my gallbladder and I manage my gallstones well. I cannot remember the last time I had a gallbladder attack. Learning what works for my body showed me how powerful realistic, day-to-day adjustments can be. That is why I now help others build a plan that fits their life and is achievable to follow.

No, I didn’t use AI to make this program, or any part of it! I created my Gallbladder Diet program by combining everything I learn while I was working on gastroenterology department, and what I learn during my masters.

Gallbladder Diet program is a way how I’m managing my gallstones since 2021. It is based on lifestyle adjustments, finding the right food, and creating a meal structure that will support your gallbladder health.

Do you include gallbladder flushes?
No. I do not include gallbladder flushes in my program. My approach focuses on daily gallstone management through practical, long-term diet and lifestyle adjustments.

Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation is required. You are welcome to think about your current habits and routines, but we will go through everything together during our sessions.

Do you provide support between sessions?
Yes. You can always reach out to me between sessions if you need help applying your plan in real life.

Can you help if I am pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding?
Yes. We focus on safe, realistic adjustments that fit your stage of life while you continue care with your doctor or midwife.

What if I have a gallbladder attack?
We create a Gallbladder Attack Action Plan in advance. We also review clear warning signs so you know exactly when to seek medical care.

What if I have food allergies?
We will focus on your specific needs. I manage food allergies myself, so I understand the challenges and can share strategies for eating well without feeling restricted.
