  • Curious how you can adapt these changes to your diet without feeling exhausted?

  • Wondering if you can truly live symptom-free without medications or procedures?
  • Interested in the exact 7-step program that’s helped dozens avoid the surgery?
  • Asking yourself: could simple, persistent changes in my diet actually save my gallbladder?

I was diagnosed with gallstones in 2021. I still have my gallbladder and I manage my gallstones well. I cannot remember the last time I had a gallbladder attack. Learning what works for my body showed me how powerful realistic, day-to-day adjustments can be. That is why I now help others build a plan that fits their life and is achievable to follow.

I completed a four-year midwifery program that included nursing training and hands-on hospital experience across multiple departments. During my time working in Gastroenterology, I gained valuable insight into digestive health care and spent a lot of time working with patients with gallstones. That experience gave me a strong foundation and a practical understanding of day-to-day gallstone management through food routines and lifestyle adjustments.

I also hold a Master’s degree in Education (MEd). My studies included areas such as psychology, motivation, and kinesiology, which help me create an easy-to-follow guide that fits your life and supports long-term lifestyle changes.

Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been managing gallstones for years, I am bringing together my personal journey, clinical background, and education expertise to give you a practical roadmap you can start using right away. Join me in this webinar. Your spot is waiting!
